1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and AGG77 ("AGG77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the AGG77 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on AGG77, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

AGG77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on AGG77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of AGG77 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the AGG77 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

AGG77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the AGG77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. AGG77 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify AGG77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified AGG77 of any unauthorized access.

AGG77 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from AGG77 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

AGG77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at AGG77's discretion.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members — are not permitted. AGG77 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction (subject to change; refer to the cashier for current limits).
• Deposits are credited to your AGG77 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• AGG77 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• AGG77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are not using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purposes. AGG77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on AGG77 are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your AGG77 account.
• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• AGG77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above certain thresholds, in accordance with AML obligations.

AGG77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally completed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

AGG77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where a verification requirement has not been satisfied. In such cases, AGG77 will notify the player and provide an opportunity to resolve the matter.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

AGG77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Philippine holidays and events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable across all AGG77 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an AGG77 account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: AGG77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or collusion with other players.

AGG77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player at the time of the change.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the AGG77 Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

AGG77's games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game variant.

• Bets placed and accepted are final. AGG77 will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed by the system, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's disconnection policy. AGG77 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, AGG77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and bonus play. These limits are displayed within the game interface and in applicable bonus terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AGG77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the AGG77 Platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

AGG77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your account settings.

If you believe your gaming activity is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek support. Players who wish to self-exclude from AGG77 may do so permanently or for a defined period by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the account will be restricted from all real-money gaming activity for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Suspension & Termination

AGG77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, AGG77 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where applicable, to forfeit bonus-derived winnings.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting AGG77 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, during which the player should refrain from making further deposits.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AGG77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any decision made by AGG77 in good faith to suspend or close an account in accordance with these Terms.

AGG77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AGG77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any game for a particular purpose.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the AGG77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of AGG77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of AGG77.

13 Privacy

AGG77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

AGG77 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and AGG77 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms

AGG77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, AGG77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the AGG77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the AGG77 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through AGG77's customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent AGG77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
